Conceptual Design
The Netcompany office on Level 29 of Opal Tower is conceived as a contemporary workplace where operational efficiency and spatial experience are carefully balanced. Spanning nearly 640 square meters, the project embraces an open office model that reflects the flexibility and collaborative culture of an international technology company. The layout is organized around a central collaboration hub, serving as a key connector between departments and encouraging natural interaction.

Development
The floor plan is clearly structured with open work areas, meeting rooms, and support spaces seamlessly linked together. Suspended fabric screens replace rigid partitions, creating soft spatial separation while maintaining openness and visual continuity. Natural light, greenery, and flexible meeting facilities are integrated to enhance comfort and accommodate diverse working styles.

Execution
Dandelion was responsible for the complete design and interior construction, delivering coordinated fit-out works from ceiling and flooring systems to glass partitions, workspaces, and shared amenities. Wood, metal, and glass elements were executed with precision, resulting in a modern, flexible, and sustainable workspace designed for long-term operation.
